Your role
As an Evaluation Adviser, you will contribute to evaluation and impact measurement projects and the development of evaluative capability at Creative Australia and across the arts and creative sector.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing evaluation plans and methods for a variety of evaluation and impact measurement projects
- Identifying and communicating important insights from evaluation activities that support learning, decision making and accountability
- Communicating evaluation methods, findings, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, using a variety of mediums ensuring that these are understandable to diverse audiences
- Contributing to the monitoring of Creative Australia performance including assessing progress towards strategy outcomes
- Commissioning and administering evaluation projects led by external suppliers
- Contributing to evaluation projects led by external stakeholders, including state and territory arts funding bodies, the Office for the Arts and other arts and cultural organisations
- Promoting and advising on the development of good practice and ongoing improvement of evaluation processes across Creative Australia

- Salary of $ $89,522 + 15.4% superannuation
