Sending your resume and cover letter via email to the hiring manager or the People and Culture team will not count as applying for a role. To ensure your application is considered, please apply for the job on our Careers page by completing an online application form through our recruitment system, SAP Success Factors.
The position description for advertised roles is available on a downloadable link under each job tile published on our Careers page.
Our offices are in Sydney and Melbourne only. Not all job opportunities are open to both locations. Please refer to the specific job advertisement for details about location.
Yes, you are welcome to apply. However, please note that our roles are based in specific locations and employees are expected to live within a commutable distance to the office, as on-site attendance forms part of our hybrid working model.
Our hybrid working model supports a balance between working from the office and from home. Staff are expected to maintain a regular connection to the workplace by attending the office for majority of the week. They may request to work from home 2 days per week. This arrangement is pro-rated for part-time employees.
You are welcome to apply regardless of your citizenship or residency status. However, you must hold a valid visa with full working rights for the entire duration of the role, as outlined in the job advertisement.
We may consider sponsorships in certain circumstances. However, to be an eligible sponsor, we need to demonstrate that we were unable to fill this role in Australia after testing the labour market which is not always possible to determine during the advertising process. As a result, we require candidates who are not Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents to hold a valid visa with full time work rights for the duration outlined in the job advertisement.
We may consider part-time arrangements for full-time roles depending on skills, experience, and individual circumstances. While, we cannot make any guarantees, we encourage you to highlight this in your cover letter as part of your application.
You will receive an email from our recruitment system, confirming that we have received your application. If you do not see this in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. From there, our hiring team will review your application and if you are shortlisted, we will be in touch to discuss the next steps in the recruitment process.
Yes, we are committed to keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process. All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application. If you were not shortlisted for an interview, you will receive an email about the outcome from our recruitment system. While we appreciate the time and effort that goes into every application, we are unable to provide tailored feedback at this stage.
To ensure a fair and transparent recruitment and selection process, we generally adhere to the stated application deadlines and recommend submitting your application before the closing date to ensure it can be considered. Late applications may be considered in limited circumstances, depending on individual situations, and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Current internship opportunities will be advertised on our Careers page. If no internships are listed, this means there are no opportunities available at this time. To stay up to date with the opportunities we have that may align with your interest, visit our Careers page and follow us on LinkedIn.
