Your role
In this role you will produce and maintain high-quality website content for Creative Australia’s digital platforms and provide specialist expertise in Drupal, accessibility, SEO, usability and digital publishing.
What you’ll be doing
- Producing, maintaining and publishing accurate, accessible website content using Drupal CMS.
- Managing content updates, resolving routine publishing issues and supporting website improvements.
- Supporting website projects, including page builds, navigation, components, migration and testing.
- Applying web content, accessibility and SEO best practice to improve usability and discoverability.
- Completing quality assurance checks and resolving or escalating content, formatting and functionality issues.
- Supporting publishing standards and guiding internal contributors on Drupal and digital best practice.
- Monitoring website performance and user behaviour to identify and support digital improvements.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and support publishing outcomes.
